On November 22th of 2022, we launched two new features: KPIs categories and KPIs milestones. A better way for tracking and measuring KPIs. Here we present the solutions and description of them.
KPI categories
The KPI categories provide a logical grouping of your KPIs, making it faster and easier to find relevant KPIs.
Users can add KPIs in the strategy to one or more of the following categories:
- Strategic
- Financial
- Operational
- Risk
- Controlling
- Organizational
Find it located on the left side of the sections on KPIs.
KPI milestones
Adding milestones to a KPI can give you a more accurate indication of the performance of a KPI, which is especially useful for KPIs where the anticipated progression is non-linear.
