Automatically update KPI progress from Initiatives

If you want the progress of initiatives to update a KPI’s progress automatically, you can enable “Update progress from Initiative” under the KPI’s settings. Once enabled, the KPI’s progress is automatically updated every time you update the Initiative’s progress.  

 

Be aware that you must create your KPI and initiative before you can enable this feature. Then:  

  1. Click the Option Button (three dots) belonging to the KPI relevant. 
  2. Click edit, and the KPI form will open. 
  3. Under the heading “Attach to”, choose the relevant strategy and the initiative you want to connect to this KPI.  
  4. Enable “Automatically update progress”  
  5. Click save
