      Update a Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

       

      1. Select KPIs Section from the Main Menu to visualize your strategy's complete list of KPIs. You have the choice to find your KPI in the search option.

      3. Choose a KPI from the list and click the name of the one of interest.   

      4. Then click Update progress:

      5. Measure progress according to the KPI:  

       

      Percentage complete: 

      Write a percentage number. 

      KPI3

      Quantity complete: 
      Express a number.

      KPI4

      Implemented yes/no: 

      Click the button to move left/right.

      6. Click Save. 
       The KPI has been updated across the system.
