      The four steps to create a sharp Game Plan

      To create a sharp Game Plan we recommend you to follow 4 steps: 

       

      Step 1: Define Objectives (what do I want to achieve).

       

      Step 2: Define 2-3 Key Results for the year (how will I measure if I have achieved the “objective”).

       

      Step 3: Define 2-3 Key Results for the actual quarter (what should be the milestones for the actual quarter).

       

      Step 4: Define Critical Factors for Result (what are the potential obstacles/levers for me to achieve my “objectives”).
