Reset password

This article is only relevant for non “Single Sign On” customers. If you are a “Single Sign On” customer please contact your local administrator for assistance.  

1. Navigate to https://secure.decideact.net and click on “Don’t remember your password?":

2. Enter your e-mail address and we will send you an email to reset your password. 

3. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your password change.

4. Click confirm.

5. Enter your new password twice and click on the red continue icon to reset your password.

6. Use the new password to access your account.
