To define sharp Key Results for the year in your Game Plan, we recommend the following to be considered and done:
How will I measure if I have achieved the “objective”?
- For each objective ask yourself: What are the 1-3 best measurements/outcomes to evaluate if I have achieved my objective or not?
- Be specific and sharp – use numbers if at all relevant/possible.
- Formulate as outcomes, avoid listing activities.
- Be both ambitious and realistic.
