How to create, edit and delete tags

Tags are words or phrases associated with specific strategic entities that facilitate search, filter, and group the elements of your strategy.

Tags can be added along all strategic entities: Pillars/ Initiatives/ CSF/Goals /KPIs.

Tags can be created only by admin users in the new Tag Manager feature. Now see how to do it:

 

Create New Tag Group

 

1. Select Settings from the Main Menu; then click the Tag Manager:

2. Click New Tag Group

 

 

3. When the Tag form opens, give your New Tag Group a name and include a small description (optional):

4. Then click Save.

5. The New Tag Group has been created.

 

Create tags

After creating the New Tag Group, the next step is associate new tags:

1. Choose the Tag group of Interest, then click Options (Three little vertical dots) and select New Tag:

2. Give your new tag a name and Save:

3. The new Tag has been created.

 

Edit Tag group / tags

After creating a New Tag group or a Tag, if it's needed to edit:

1. Select the New Tag group or Tag of interest.

2. Click on the Options (three little vertical dots) and select edit:

3. Edit the name/description as desired.

4. Click save.

 

Delete Tag group / Tags

Important: To delete a tag group first delete the tags.

 

Delete New Tag groups or tags is easy as editing them:

1. Select the New Tag group or Tag of interest.

2. Click on the Options (three little vertical dots) and select Delete:

3. Confirm that you want to delete:

4. The New Tag group / Tag has been deleted.
