Level 1:
Master Game Plan - Company
Year Objectives, Key results, and Critical Factors for Results (CFR’s) linked to the company’s overall Strategy.
Level 2:
Game Plan - Functions
Each functional/business unit’s contribution to executing the strategy - broken down to Quarterly goals.
Level 3:
Game Plan - Departments
Each department’s contribution to the Strategy. For setting direction, aligning expectations horizontally and cross-functionally, and frequently follow-up.
Level 4:
Game Plan - Teams/employees
Each team and/or employee goals and CFR’s – updated on a quarterly basis with frequent follow-ups weekly to monthly.
