      Delete a Critical Factor for Result (CFR)

      1. Select Handshake (Business Execution) from the Main Menu; then select a Master Game Plan or Game plan of interest to delete a Critical factor for Result.

      2. When the Game Plan section opens, choose the CFR of interest and click options (three vertical dots), select delete:

      Delete_CFR1

      3. Confirm that you need to delete the CFR and make sure there's no other strategic entities linked.

      Your CFR is deleted!
