Committed or aspirational? 

What is the difference between a committed and an aspirational initiative?  

These are relevant only to the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) strategic framework. Committed OKRs are goals that an individual, team, or organization has agreed will be achieved. Resources and schedules must be adjusted to accommodate these goals. Aspirational OKRs, on the other hand, are a “wish list” of objectives.
