      Change the type of Measurement on KPIs

      From January 2023, we have now available the feature to edit type of Measurement for KPIs.

      Please follow the next steps to edit a KPI after created:

      Whether you are on the dashboard, strategy builder or KPI page the process to change a type of Measurement is the same.

       

      1. Choose the KPI of interest from the KPIs list:

      Change_KPI1

      2. Click the KPI you want to change the type of Measurement.

      3. Once the KPI window opens, click edit.

      4. Review and choose the type of Measurement you need to change and click on it:

      Review the additional information required to configure the KPI if needed.

      5. Save, and the KPI now has a new type Of Measurement.

       

      Note: The feature applies only to KPIs that don't hold Sub-KPIs, the reason is that KPIs are locked under the next structure:

      Standard KPI can have only standard KPIs as children.
      Boolean KPI can have Range, Target and Boolean children.
      Range and target cannot have children.
